1. The Ready, Set, Slim Challenge was the kickstart I needed to make some healthy changes in my life.

    I have struggled with my weight for years due to health reasons, and in only a month doing the challenge, I saw results that inspired me to continue.

    The trick was going to class a few times a week and really trying to eat balanced meals throughout the day. That combined with the support of both the Hers employees and the other challengers has helped me gain self-confidence I had lost and made me feel better than I have in years.

  2. This year has been very stressful and difficult for me and it feels good to “smash” Bob and deal with emotional pain

    Not only does it cover all areas physically but mentally too. Hers Kickboxing is a full body workout that is intense and fun compacted into 45 minutes. The instructors are awesome and the music is great. They also do monthly challenges for those who love a challenge or you can go at your pace and intensity. There are different variations of kickboxing in each class with a mixture of conditioning. There are so many possibilities!

    I’ve been going to Hers Kickboxing for over two years and continue to love and be challenged by the classes and coaches. The feeling of accomplishment after each class is euphoric. You feel stronger and refreshed at the same time – especially given how many calories you burn and how much you sweat! There is no other workout like it.

    I love going to classes at Hers Kickboxing Studios! It’s a great full body workout; arms, legs, abs and cardio all rolled into one. The combos are a lot of fun and it is also a great stress reliever. And I burn more than 600 per class! What’s better than that?!

  9. I have been here for over three months and I love it.

    I have been here for over three months and I love it. It is definitely tough workouts. The instructors push you hard. There is no standing around and looking pretty or judging others. Everyone works hard and it’s one on one with the bob so you don’t have to partner up. It’s great. You can monitor your heart rate which comes up on screen. It’s motivating to see and work harder to achieve your goals.
