  • What is a Hers class like?
    High-energy, Empowering, Radiant and Strong! Step into a space made just for women – no judgement, just sweat, strength and sisterhood. Our 45-minute classes are the perfect blend of fitness kickboxing, full-body conditioning and feel-good beats. Whether you're here to build confidence, let off steam or just have fun while getting stronger, you'll find your rhythm and power here!
  • How do I get started?
    The best way to get started is by booking your Free Results Kickstart Session. In this quick 1-on-1, we’ll dive into your goals, why they matter to you, and what’s been holding you back. You’ll walk away with: A personalized game plan tailored to your goals Expert guidance on the best classes to start with Immediate, actionable steps to boost your results, including nutrition tips. Motivation and clarity to move forward with confidence It’s the fastest, most effective way to start strong and see real progress from day one.
  • Do I need prior experience to join a class?
    Not at all! We offer beginner, intermediate, advanced and all level classes. Our coaches will guide you through each move step-by-step throughout the class. Whether you are looking to start your fitness journey OR to level-up your fitness through cardio kickboxing and full-body conditioning you are welcome here at Hers!
  • How long are the classes?
    Each class is 45-minutes long including warm-up and cool-down. Class starts promptly at the start time posted on the schedule. We recommend you arrive 10-15-minutes prior to the class to ensure you are all set and ready to go!
  • What should I bring to my first class?
    Bring water, clean indoor shoes and wear workout clothing! If you have your own boxing gloves and wraps feel free to bring them, otherwise we have gear available to borrow or purchase in-studio.
  • Do I need to buy my own gloves?
    You’re welcome to use our studio gloves during your Trial. After that, you are required to purchase your own. We sell Hers Kickboxing gloves and wraps at the front desk!
  • What type of shoes should I wear?
    Regular runners or indoor gym shoes will be just fine! No boxing boots are required but any shoes that will help you keep light on your feet may be an asset.
  • How do I sign up for a class or membership?
    You can sign-up through the schedule link on our website or the click the '14-Day Trial' button. Alternatively once you have created a Momence account, you can sign-in and book directly through the Momence app or web-browser.
  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
    Yes! We understand that life happens. To freeze your account, we need at least 48 hour notice in writing with the start and end date. To cancel your membership we require 28 days written notice. Both can be sent to sharon@herskickboxing.com.
  • What if I can't make it to a class? Can I cancel the booking?
    Yes, if you need to cancel the class you can cancel 4 hours in advance without penalty. A cancellation or no show with less than 4 hours notice will result in a $10 fee on unlimited memberships, or the loss of a class credit on limited class memberships and class packs.
  • Do you have changerooms and lockers at the studio?
    We have a changeroom and 2 bathrooms available at the studio. We do not have lockers, however, you can bring your belongings with you to your station. Coats and shoes can be left in the waiting area of the studio.
  • How old do you have to be to join?
    The minimum age on your own is 16 y/o and with an accompanying adult, it is 14 y/o.
  • Do you have water or do I need to bring mine?
    Yes, have a water station for you to refill your own water bottles and we sell water bottles at the front desk.
