Fix Your Form

At the end of February, we hosted a Fix Your Form workshop, led by Coach Cheryl.


Here is what our Hers members learned:

  • Kickboxing terminology

  • Proper kickboxing technique

    • more power, less effort

  • One-to-one pad work for personalized connection

The feedback was fantastic!

"Think of your body as a puppet with strings. Where our arms go, our legs/hips follow. That’s where the strength comes from, and that’s how you don’t burn out. Better footwork and proper form."
