With the success of our past Self Defence Workshops, we're excited to present our NEW 8-Week Self Defence Program for Women beginning Saturday October. 25.
Meet Your Instructor - Karyn Elliott
Karyn is one of our amazing coaches, as well as a Black Belt and Level 3 Self-Defence instructor with a passion for empowering women. With years of experience helping women find their inner strength, she creates a safe space where you can push boundaries, build confidence, and discover what you're truly capable of.

Your 8-Week Journey will look like this:
Weeks 1-2: Find Your Voice & Master the Basics
Learn the critical "3 T's" assessment system (Talk, Touch, Threat) to recognize escalating danger. Master voice projection, palm heel strikes, and wrist grab escapes.
Goal: Find your voice, flip your mental switch from freeze to FIGHT.
Weeks 3-4: Break Free from Grabs
Perfect wrist grab escapes (one and two-handed) and defend against hair pulls. Build muscle memory through repetition, focusing on technique over strength.
Goal: Drive forward, never let them control your movement.
Weeks 5-6: Defend Against Chokes
Master explosive "3-in-1" and "5-in-1" defence techniques against chokes, pushes, and wall attacks. Learn to use your attacker's force against them.
Goal: Trust your body's strength and let muscle memory take over.
Weeks 7-8: Put It All Together
Review all techniques, then face our signature "Gauntlet Challenge" - defending against surprise attacks under pressure.
Goal: Build unshakeable confidence in your fighter mindset.
